monday morning message #22

“Write without pay until someone offers to pay”
Mark Twain

“I don’t like to write, but I love to have written”
Michael Kanin

“Writing is like prostitution. First you do it for love, and then for a few close friends, and then for money.”

Three fabulous writing-related quotations to kick off this fourth week of NaNoWriMo. It’s more or less the last week, so keep going guys, we’re almost there.

And everyone else who does not participate in NaNoWriMo: Lucky for you that it’s almost over because that means us NaNoWriMos, we will eventually have something else to talk about. You can also look forward to some post which will not particularly related to writing (although I can’t promise, because, after all, writing is one of my greatest passions).

So for the next eight days, I wish everyone a brain full of creative ideas, keen fingers that can’t wait to type another 20k or so, a vivid imagination, an endless source of coffee and a great and successful week!
